Capirete sherry vinegar is a high quality sherry vinegar from Andalusia, Spain. The sherry is made from Palomino Fino grapes grown in the Jerez region and aged for at least four years in old American oak barrels.
Capriete sherry vinegar has a complex and honeysuckle-sweet flavour in addition to its acidity. The vinegar also has a hint of oak, which is the result of barrel ageing. Use it in marinades, salad dressings or warm sauces. It is also perfect for adding extra flavour to roasted meats, vegetables or seafood.
