Blini pan, 14 cm, iron handle. The carbon-steel pan gets hot enough to produce really crispy blinis which are still moist and fluffy. The pan is also useful for frying an egg or for small jobs like roasting pine seeds.
The pans in the Mineral B series are coated with natural beeswax for quicker seasoning. Season the pan before first use. To clean, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher. All cook tops including induction.
