Pan for making 3 blinis, 3 fritters or 3 pancakes of 10 cm diameter. Carbon steel, flat iron handle. The pans in the Mineral B series are coated with natural beeswax for quicker seasoning. Season the pan before first use: watch the video. To clean, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher. All cook tops including induction. Diameter of the pan 28 cm, thickness 1,5 mm.
