Precise one-step sharpening: 2 tungsten carbide strips to hone the edge directly at the right angle with regularity.
Simple and straightforward. For a safe sharpening the knife is guided by the strips with the edge turned down. The fingers are far from the edge and protected by a “finger protection”: no risk of injury. A non-slip coating under the sharpener and its oval shape provide optimal grip on your worktop during use.
