The canelle knife in V-shape is a classic barkeeper's tool in a new and improved version.

The 6 mm wide notch of the blade cuts deep into the skin of citrus fruit, other fruit and vegetables, creating ribbons and notches. The fixed penetration depth makes it very easy to use.

The blade is made of carefully sharpened stainless steel and durably sharp.
