Suitable for hot and cold preparations alike. Black mould: absorbs heat and distributes it evenly; very good caramelisation of pastries. High quality pure platinum silicone: very flexible mould; guaranteed peroxide-free. Withstands temperatures from -40°C to +280°C. Smooth inner surface: natural non-stick and easy turning out. Grease before first use. Baking in a traditional oven, microwave or bain-marie. Do not heat empty moulds. Do not place under a grill. Do not use sharp objects on the tray. Tip: put the mould on a rack or a perforated baking tray for a better flow of hot or cold air. Care: hand-wash recommended.
