De Buyer bread mould, carbon steel

Cake mould in blue iron with sharp angles and a straight edge, ideal for cooking traditional, caramelised and golden cakes. Undeformable and fully watertight mould. The blue colour of is due to a surface thermal treatment; there is no coating. Excellent cooking results thanks to even diffusion of heat. Grease well before use or line with baking paper. Brush after use. Lightly grease to protect iron. Store in a dry place. Not dishwasher-safe. Do not wash with detergents.
