Ceranoa is a cooking range from De Buyer with PFAS-free non-stick coating. The crêpe pan is designed to provide even, controlled cooking, essential for making perfect crêpes. Its forged aluminum body ensures quick and uniform heat-up and cool-down, allowing for precise cooking every time.

Compatible with all heat sources including induction. To preserve its quality over time, it's recommended to gradually increase the temperature when heating any non-stick pan.

Non-stick coatings are sensitive to overheating and thermal shock, so they are best used for gentle cooking. When using it on an induction cooktop, avoid using the booster function and refrain from setting the heat to maximum.

Versatile and practical, the de Buyer ceramic frying pan can also be used in the ovenup to 200°C. Dishwasher not recommended.
