Non-stick Charlotte mould for making charlottes, aspic jellies, moulding ice cream, flans etc. Flat heart-shaped handles that enable a strong grip, safe handling and easy mould release. Iron mould gives good heat diffusion. PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier mould release, steel protection against oxidation and easy cleaning. Grease the mould before use. Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C) or bain marie. Hand wash recommended. Diameter 18cm, height 10cm.
