De Buyer Mineral B oval roasting pan

Oval roasting pan ideal for cooking in the oven and on all cook tops including open fire. Perfect for cooking whole fish. Length 36cm, width 26cm, height 4,8cm, thickness 2,5mm. Two stainless-steel handles.
Season the pan before first use: watch the video. The pans in the Mineral B series are coated with natural beeswax for quicker seasoning. A seasoned pan has non-stick natural properties and becomes better the more it is used. Clean under running warm water, dry and, if necessary, wipe with a little oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
