De Buyer Mineral B wok, 2 handles

Wok in the Mineral B range from De Buyer with two handles. Flat base 9-11 cm in diameter. Thickness 2 mm. Heats up quickly with uniform diffusion of heat.

Cleaning: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher. Seasoning will give the pan natural non-stick properties. 

For all cook tops including induction. Grid for wok 32 cm can be bought separetly. Lids can also be bought separetly both for 28 cm & 32 cm woks.

De Buyer have produced carbon-steel pans in the same factory since 1830!
