The Damascus series from Déglon is made with a core of VG10 steel (1% carbon) and 33 layers on each side of 420-431 steel (chrome and nickel), which makes 67 layers in total.The result is an extremely strong blade which keeps its sharpness for very long.
The elegant handle is made of durable Corian.
