Gluten-free wild boar ragu. For our Wild Boar Ragu we use only the best parts, adding the pork shoulder and veal leg to the wild boar meat. The meat is minced and cooked with extra virgin olive oil and some herbs for at least 3 hours. Then we add tomato pulp and cook it for up to 5 hours.
