Large, oval silicone pastry brush

Our favourite! Wide and thick brush with fine bristles for maximum absorption of liquid.
Practical, the brush is used to brush egg, melted butter, to apply a glaze, decorate or even to moisten the sides of a sugar saucepan. The bristles of this brush are made of silicone: their design and quantity are studied to ensure optimal use. The brush is flexible so it does not damage the product that is being worked on. The bristle has a velvety texture which retains liquid preparations. The brush is robust and resistant to high temperatures. Hygienic, it can be completely disassembled for easy cleaning: handle and bristles can be separated. Dishwasher safe.
