Passalacqua coffee from Naples - where coffee is a cult.
The story begins in 1948, when the Passalacqua family opened business with a small roaster for 5 kg of coffee. Now the roastery covers 5000 sqm and is fully automated but is still run by the family and the coffee is produced in the same way as always.
Habanera is similar to Cremador with a sophisticated, elegant, nice and harmonious taste. The mixture of 80 % Arabica and 20 % Robusta gives a good balance between volume, body and flavour. Perfect for cappuccino, macchiato or latte.
