Passalacqua coffee from Naples - where coffee is a cult.
The story begins in 1948, when the Passalacqua family opened business with a small roaster for 5kg of coffee. Now the roastery covers 5000sqm and is fully automated but is still run by the family and the coffee is produced in the same way as always.
Strong and dark Napoletan blend, 55% Arabica and 45% Robusta. Thick crema, moderate caffeine. Perfect for cappuccino and other milk coffees!
