Baker blades are the ideal utensil for scoring already shaped bread dough. They feature a very sharp stainless-steel razor blade that can cut without exerting a lot of pressure.

Handle made of beech wood, ergonomically shaped, safe handling. 5 spare blades made of stainless steel and a protective cover for safe storage. Length 19 cm.

Wash the blades by hand. Dispose of the razor blades when they are dull.
