With this handheld dough slicer, you can whip up fresh spaetzle in no time. To use, pour the dough into the plastic 250 ml dough compartment and gently slide it back and forth over the slicer. With the help of gravity, the batter is shaped as it moves through the holes, creating fresh dumplings in a matter of minutes. The support latch holds on to pots and bowls up to 24 cm in diameter. The rounded, comfortable handle made of high-quality plastic ensures a firm hold during preparation.
